Well my trying to stick up for star backfired(I'm sorry I was only trying to help out 1 on hundreds isn't too fair) ,it is amazing what emotion and alcohol can do I acted without thinking.....
I did more damage than good and I am the cause of the new gang attack from my poem which I have since deleted..
I will no longer involve myself in any of it .
If I choose to post a journal it will be only positive things.
I am not reviewing any of the comments on the grounds that it's pretty safe to say it will be more of the same barrage of cheap shots which I know in my heart are not true and nothing worthwhile will come of reading them anyways.
so I have erased any posts which have anything to do with the e-gang and all of it's functions.
So if anyone has anything good to say send it my way if it's the same rhetoric i've been receiving save it I'll only block you.
I came to this site for posting writings, meeting like minded people, all of those things not what it has become...
cheerz to ya ya know who you are

Reflections of Poems from Guantanamo

yeah all's goin' pretty cool today I read "poems from Guantanamo"
man, powerful stuff it just goes to show no matter how inhumane the conditions to which these poets persevered and in some cases
others have not yet been released.
They sit in cells without trials the military has admitted only about 8 percent of the prisoners are actually linked to terrorist organizations according to the books stats.
They are the new japanese and german camps of ww2,the new tribal struggle against the west,as well as voices whom cannot be forgotten and must not stop haunting the American conscience.
what good is freedom and liberty if it is upheld through tyranny and holding innocent persons in prisons for extensive amounts of time, Using methods that teeter on the lines of torture (or extraditing persons to countries who do )Does that not make the defender against terrorism the terrorist?
This book makes us look at ourselves as humans not as countries, flags, borders but as humans and puts a soul to those who we have been taught have none and makes us question our own.

so I found the book to be one of the best I have ever read.
some of the poems were etched into foam cups with a small rock or pebble or with toothpaste.
some were written on paper once the prisoner was allowed such items ,i believe it was around a year in captivity the book stated.
Many of these poets are  educated men brutalized by the military humiliated, their religious beliefs withheld (in one case the holy book of islam thrown in a bucket of human waste imagine that as a holy bible). and were picked up in the horrible witch hunt style profiling that has been called war on terror though itself has become a terrorist entity to those men, women, and children who have fallen victim the only freedom is death and democracy is the footprint desecrating their graves.

Cheerz,Witchhunt,random..

As the hip-hop artist Rakim stated on his return album...It's been a long time
For me I haven't been on live journal in years and I am excited about  being back on once again.
Lot of things have changed I've moved twice left people behind who were holding me down still got love for them and wish them the best but i had to break the transparent chain and make a break for it.
Last time I was on I met some really cool people and had a blast so I'm hoping that the tradition continues!!!
If by some remote chance any of my old  LJ crew stumble upon this..I'm back and I've come back for the crown.
I will be posting some of my writing now and again
ranting, raving, havin' some laughs, and of course havin' a say.
To the new crew
a big cheers and hello!!
Let the chaos begin!!!
